Though I do not have much expertise in the flavors of oysters, my criterium for a good oyster equates to the absence of fishiness.
The shucker suggested “French kiss” and “Irish Point” after hearing my requests. They were really pleasant and adding the fresh horseradish definitely added a lot of flavor too; however, the size was on the small side and it was still a bit too salty for my liking. To be the most honest, I couldn’t really tell the difference between the two types of oysters but I assume that it is because of my inexperience and lack of knowledge.
